Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of your own credentials, including your password and any third-party login (Google, Facebook) you use to access your account.
• Please don't share your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password and contact us.
• When sharing a household, you trust the people you invite — they'll be able to view, edit, and remove its contents.

Third-Party Services

Certain features of our service rely on third-party providers:

• Your content and account information may be securely stored through Supabase infrastructure.
• Technical logs and website delivery infrastructure may be handled through Netlify.
• Payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full payment card information.
• Box Detective (Premium). If you tap “Ask the Box Detective”, that one photo is sent to Anthropic to generate a list of suggested items. This happens only when you tap that button — we never scan your photos in the background, and photos you simply add to a box are not sent anywhere except our own storage. We do not keep a copy of the photo for this feature; it is discarded once the suggestions come back. Anthropic does not use data sent through their API to train their models, and deletes it within 30 days, except where content is flagged under their usage policy (kept up to 2 years). The Box Detective only ever sees the single photo you submit. It has no access to your other boxes, items, rooms, household members, or account details.
